Payment of a non-refundable deposit of ‘insert amount’ is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.

The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.

At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of ‘insert amount’. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

Pets are accepted on an individual property basis. This will be highlighted on the property details.

All are welcome at any property, if you require a travel cots or high chair, please let us know when booiking your stay. 

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.

Check-in is at ‘4pm’ and check-out is at ‘10am’. There is a late checkout option for ‘40’. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.

If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
